Welcome to Seashore Pediatrics!
We’re so excited you’ve chosen us to care for your child! Our mission is to keep kids healthy, happy, and growing strong—from tiny newborns to busy teens. At Seashore Pediatrics, we mix expert care with a friendly, comforting touch so every visit feels easy and stress-free.
Getting Ready for Your First Visit:
To make your first appointment a breeze, here’s what to do:
- Arrive 15 minutes early so we can get you checked in without rushing
- Bring your child’s immunization records
- Be ready to fill out paperwork about your family and child’s medical history
- Don’t forget your insurance card and a photo ID (we must have these up to date!)
The legal parent or guardian must come with your child for the first visit. The parent can authorize other individuals to attend appointments after the initial appointment. Arriving 10 minutes late might mean rescheduling to the next available slot.
Save Time with Forms:
Want to skip some wait time? You can download, print, and fill out our forms ahead of time. Just remember, we don’t accept forms online, so bring them with you to your visit.
We can’t wait to meet your little one (and their big smiles!) and start this health journey together.
